How it works

1. How do I subscribe in a course or a chapter?

TuGather offer both on-demand courses and live sessions. You can begin by choosing your college, then browsing different subjects and tutors inside each college page. After finding the course you need, just click on a single chapter or the course bundle for all chapters to be transferred to the payment page.

Once the payment is completed, you will be granted access to the course you subscribed in.

2. How can I access my courses?

TuGather courses can be accessed from different devices and platforms, including desktops, tablets, and mobile apps.

After you enroll in a course, you can access it by visiting the same course page or by clicking on the course name from (My Classes) tap on the menu bar.

If you are using our mobile app, you can click on My Classes icon to view a list of your registered courses.

3. How to create a new account?

Access the sign-in page from the menu bar, then click on New Account to register. Or you can click Here.

In the registration page, complete your account information, share your preferred college and major if you want to receive offers, then click on sign-up.

4. Do I need a user account to subscribe in courses?

Yes, you need to have an active user account to subscribe in any course, and access your registered courses.


1. How do I pay for courses?

We provide convenient and safe tools to pay for the courses. If you are living in Kuwait or have a Kuwaiti bank account, you can pay by KNET gateway, or you can pay by credit cards.

All payments are made through our website or applications.

2. How to Solve Payment Issues?

If you’ve incurred an error while attempting to make a payment, please contact support directly and our team will help fix the issue.

3. How can I cancel a payment?

Payments and subscriptions that have a technical error while processing or made by unintentional mistake are refundable by a credit worth the amount spent in the payment. Users can directly contact our technical support team to help fixing any payment issue or processing credit claims.


1. Access time & expiry

Once you enroll in a course, you’ll be granted a full access on any device for that course until the predefined subscription time expires.

We made sure that each subscription will cover a period of at least one whole semester, so the students will be able to access the material at any point while they are taking their classes in school or college.

2. Can I register in a live session after it ends?

Yes, live class sessions are accessible through a recorded video playback of the session until the end of the semester or what is defined in the session description. However, students who registered in a live session after ending wouldn’t be able to have direct contact with the tutor and send any messages or questions to be discussed in the class.

3. Can I switch my registered course to another one?

Once a user is registered to course, he or she can’t switch for a different course or chapter. However, any course registration made by mistake can be fixed by contacting technical support team right after the registration is made by claiming course credit or changing to the desired course or chapter.

1. Downloading Courses

By default, all video courses are not downloadable from any device. We do this out of concerns for piracy. We do allow instructors to attach printable & downloadable notes with their lectures.

2. How can I find the best course for my needs?

TuGather offers plenty of courses for each academic subject. Students can choose a course by checking the material and the description of the course, they would also be able to watch a preview and visit the tutor’s profile page to compare courses.

3. What qualifications do the tutors have?

We always show preference to the professional, supportive teachers. Here, qualifications and experience varied between tutors, but you can individual qualifications in each tutor’s profile. Tugather tutors are required to have a minimum degree of credentials and experiences to be eligible for joining our team.
